Fast & Furious 6 - Highly Recommended

The Fast and Furious franchise has undergone a radical transformation since launching 12 years ago, with the changes following Justin Lin taking hold of directorial duties from Tokyo Drift (film three) onwards.

The series has made the transition from street races to include drugs, heists, and now terrorism, while lead characters Dom Toretto (Diesel) and Brian O'Conner (Walker) have gone from petty thug and law enforcer to wanted fugitives.

For me, five was the best of all of the films, but six gives it a run for its money, taking the stunts to ridiculous new heights (literally). You could, of course reprimand the film for its use of impossible feats, but that's the whole point of these films, right? To get bigger and more extreme, as demonstrated with the big and extreme - and always affable - introduction of Johnson in Fast Five.

It's highly recommended, you must go and watch it.

Kerastase Homme - Capital Force - Anti-Pelliculaire - Anti-Dandruff Shampoo

"Transform your hair with Kerastase"

So here I am with a review on Kerastase Homme Capital Force Anti Pelliculaire Anti Dandruff Shampoo. Generally people go from qualities to money spent making it value for money kind of thing but I am thinking of going opposite this time.

So cost of Shampoo 250ml here in India is INR 1350/-.
So the cost is almost double the price which I paid for Schwarzkopf Bona Cure Hair Growth Shampoo which I used and reviewed earlier. So the question arises, Is it worth spending double the amount and that too when Kerastase say it as a Daily treatment shampoo and moreover not double even more when other shampoos are available at four times less price? Find out for yourself.

After using this shampoo for around two months I could say a bit about it and the people who can really enjoy the benefits from this one.

So, people who have extreme dandruff and flakes can use this shampoo on regular basis. At least, three times a week. What it will give you is a clean scalp free of dandruff. and flakes. If you feel itchiness on your head due to dandruff or flakes or scaling this shampoo can definitely help you in giving much needed relief.

Along with it, you will get healthy hair, nourished and that rich look for which you can get compliments. If your hair are damaged it can cure that too. So all in all, all those people who want to get around their hair, get rid of dandruff and want a nice look can try this out. It seems to have no side effects as the case with Schwarzkopf Hair Growth.

One of my lady friend has also tried this out and saw good improvement in the health of her hair and even in texture. The friskiness was out and hair grew healthy.

There is one thing important to note while using the shampoo and what L'oreal says very clearly about. It reduces the amount of visible dandruff. It doesn't cure it. I am thankful to the company for mentioning the same clearly as most of the companies over state the facts. It reduces the visible dandruff as it cleans it out effectively. So it also means, once you stop the usage of the shampoo, dandruff which is on your scalp comes out.

So, you have to take different measures to control dandruff or cure it. Undergo a medical treatment or home grown treatment, take healthy diet, hydrate your hair or anything else which you can do to permanently treat your scalp. Till then, you can for sure get healthy hair with no visible dandruff.

What the product claims?
Action: Restores the look and feel of the hair and scalp's vitality and helps to reduce the amount of visible dandruff.

Result: The look and feel of vitality is restored and visible dandruff is reduced.

So all on all, its on you if you think the shampoo is worth it and you can pay anything to get that rich look of your hair.. go ahead.. this is the shampoo for you. If you think just non-visibility of dandruff is not worth to pay for, think about the nourishment of your hair, the itchiness on scalp. If you are not convinced stay far from using it.

The Notebook (2004)

"It wasn't over - it still isn't over"
A man tells the story of a young couple who struggle through the times as rich daughter and a poor mill worker some 50 or 60 years ago. Two people from different walks of life who meet at a carnival in the 1940's and spend next bulk of years fighting for love or hiding from it. The story of this couple is relayed back from an elderly man to an old lady in a nursing home via a notebook. As the young couple Ryan Gosling and Rachel McAdams are magnetic while screen legends James Garner and Gena Rowlands are heartbreaking as the older couple. Just try not to cry while watching this flick based on Nicholas Spark's novel. It's a tearjerker for sure, but there's an underlying sentimentality that rings true. What really does us in is the juxtaposition of Noah and Allie's story of young love set against the modern reality of Allie's deteriorating health. This film has all the elements of great romance. The angst, crazy young love, lost love, found love and true love in old age. It's a movie that truly reinvigorates ones belief that love is worth living for and dying for.

Love Actually (2003)

"To me, you are perfect"

If any movie is totally about love this one it is. Love Actually captures the lives of 9 couples in the weeks before Christmas in London. It beautifully weaves multiple stories of blossoming love during the Holiday season using a first-rate all-star cast. This holiday film is laced with all different stories of love: puppy love, lost love, unrequited love, and great big declarations of feelings. The most romantic scene is perhaps also the most heartbreaking. Mark (Andrew Lincoln), long smitten with his best friend's girl (Keira Knightley), appears at her door with a series of hand written posters expressing what he has always in his heart. to say: "To me, you are perfect." It seems to be one of the most entertaining and romantic holiday-movies ever.

Hair Care - Moisture

Hair can dry out just like our skin does. Dry hair looks matte, straw-like and limb. Providing the necessary moisture is therefore essential. I like to share with you methods of providing hair with moisture

The most common reason for limb lacklustre hair is the acute lack of moisture. Another sign of too little moisture in your hair is static electricity. While a moisture content of 10 % is sufficient for the skin, hair needs 15 to 17 % water.

Moisture Draining Factors
Dry heat deprives hair of moisture. When hair is dry already daily blow-drying and the frequent use of heated rollers and flat irons will quickly turn hair and scalp desert-dry. You should therefore use heat-styling tools sparingly and keep the blow-dryer settings on low-heat and full air flow. During visits to the sauna in winter you should be sure to wrap a towel around your hair to protect it from the dry heat (up to 100 °C or 212 °F). Protection against moisture loss works even better after you have worked a conditioning cure through your hair. The same applies to spending time at the beach. Wearing a hat, cap or bandana protects your hair from extreme moisture loss and the resulting frizzy hair. Keeping your hair properly moisturised is particularly important for colour-treated or permed hair.

Sources of Moisture for Your Hair
Water is a special medium. Drinking it provides the needed water to sustain the body’s metabolic processes and to support the cell structures. If used externally for a bath, shower or shampoo, water can drain water from skin and hair. This sounds paradoxical but it is true. It is therefore important to use moisturising hair care shampoos. Among the most efficient moisturising and conditioning agents in shampoos and hair rinses are Aloe vera, glycerol, panthenol as well as silk and wheat proteins. Thanks to their molecular structures, these active agents bind moisture inside the hair or coat each individual hair with a protective film. This keeps the hair smooth and seals the cuticles. The sealing effect allows the hair to better retain water.
